Refund Policy

The 14-day guarantee

If UtterKey isn't for you, email hello@utterkey.com within 14 days of purchase from the email you bought with (or include your order details), and we'll refund the full purchase price. No forms, no hoops — though if you tell us what didn't work, we'll genuinely try to fix it.

Refunds are issued by our merchant of record, Creem, to your original payment method, and normally arrive within 5–10 business days. Your licence key is deactivated when the refund is issued.

What the guarantee doesn't cover

• AI provider charges. UtterKey is bring-your-own-key: any usage billed by Groq, OpenAI, or another provider happens on your own account with them and isn't something we can refund. For most users on Groq's free tier this is £0 anyway.
• Purchases older than 14 days, except where your statutory rights say otherwise — nothing in this policy reduces your legal rights as a consumer.
• Abuse — for example repeated buy-refund cycles of the same product.

Most "it doesn't work" cases are a permission or setup step — often fixed in minutes via the guide or one support email. We'd rather fix it than refund it, but the choice within the 14 days is always yours.
